What is a Folio House gallery wall?

A Folio House gallery wall is a complete, ready-to-hang set of framed photographic prints, designed to be arranged together on a single wall. Each set is composed by hand — the photographs are chosen for how they work together in terms of mood, tone, and visual rhythm, then individually framed in our signature slim-profile frames. Think of it as a gallery wall, thoughtfully designed and completely finished for you.

Do the pieces come framed?

Yes — always. This is what makes The Folio House different. Every print in your gallery wall arrives individually framed in our signature slim-profile frames, ready to hang. No frame shopping, no measuring, no assembly. Just unbox, position using the included layout guide, and hang.

Are the gallery walls truly one of a kind?

Yes. Every composition is unique. Once a gallery wall sells, that exact arrangement is never repeated. You are the only person who will ever own that particular piece.

What sizes are available?

Our gallery walls are available in a range of sizes. Each product listing includes the exact dimensions of every framed piece in the set, along with a layout guide showing the recommended arrangement and spacing for the overall composition.

What frame styles do you use?

We use our signature slim-profile frames in a finish that complements each composition. The frames are intentionally understated — designed to elevate the photographs without competing with them. Frame details are listed on each product page.

How do I hang them?

Every order includes a printed layout guide that shows the exact arrangement, spacing, and positioning. Hanging hardware is included with each frame. All you need is a tape measure and a level — most customers have their gallery wall up within 20 minutes.

Can I request a custom gallery wall?

Absolutely. If you have a specific colour palette, mood, frame finish, or room in mind, we would love to create something bespoke for you. Visit our Commissions page or get in touch to start the conversation.

What is your return policy?

Because each gallery wall is made to order and one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with print or frame quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days (printing and framing takes a little longer than unframed prints, but it is worth it). Domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch; international orders take 7–14 business days. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
